Polypropylene Tubing

EZBio®Rigid PP Tube is a USP Class VI polypropylene tubing engineered to prevent kinking and collapse, delivering a stable, reliable fluid path under both high-pressure and vacuum conditions. Its rigid construction makes it ideal for tangential flow filtration (TFF) systems, dip tube applications, aseptic fluid transfer lines, sampling lines for media and buffers, and pressure transfer and feed lines in upstream and downstream bioprocesses. Heat weldable and thermally fusible to bag ports, filters, caps, and containers — no clamps or adhesives required — it integrates seamlessly into sterile single-use assemblies. Manufactured from USP Class VI compliant polypropylene resin, it offers excellent chemical resistance, low extractables and leachables, gamma irradiation compatibility (25–50 kGy), and autoclave tolerance at 121°C.

Available in a comprehensive range of tube sizes from 1.59 mm (1/16") ID × 3.20 mm (1/8") OD up to 47.625 mm (1⁷⁄₈") ID × 50.80 mm (2") OD, with intermediate sizes including 3.2 mm, 6.35 mm, 7.937 mm, 8 mm, 9.53 mm, 10 mm, 12.7 mm, 14.29 mm, and 22.23 mm ID options. Each size is offered in both 5/CS and 10/CS configurations, providing the flexibility to match any single-use system design or fluid handling requirement.
